The Japanese put great store on character definition by blood type. Although I have no clue as to my true blood type I’ve always suspected I’m ‘A-gata’ meaning A blood type by which in turn they believe to be characteristically highly organised, obsessive, note takers. Just think A for anal.
First job after receiving the key for me was getting 2 lovely crisp pieces of B4 and making …..The Plan ! A breakdown month by month, week by week schedule of what work I should be attempting on the farm upto our occupation next April. Bound to go hopelessly off target but good to have all the same.
Actually why not play the ‘Just how off target are they now ?’ game in which you look at what should be happening on the farm here before you see what is actually happening in the dated posts. Scintillating stuff !

January 12/13 Make new kitchen counter
January 26/27 Renovate kitchen walls
February 2/3 Refloor kitchen
February 9/10 Refloor dining
February 16/17 Build duck houses and Kennel
February 22/23 Relax and have a beer, it’s my birthday.
March 1/2 Lay lawn, sow some early crops.
That’s it, although there’s some professional work that will be fitted in around that, windows put in, balconies removed etc.
